Hello Fork Fans,
April was Amy's pick--fitting, since April 6 was her birthday. She chose The Vig Uptown for our monthly dinner on Thursday, April 5, a popular restaurant along the Camelback corridor. The menu was eclectic, with a focus on American fare. Kara & Amy selected salads, I had the pad thai with tofu and shrimp, and Emily ordered the fish taco platter. Coincidentally, The Vig Uptown had been featured on "Check, Please, Arizona" the week prior, so from that show I learned the space was a converted bank building.
